Junior TeleSales Representative

The Junior TeleSales Representative’s main involvement will be in the area of account management and sales. The successful candidate will work with existing customer accounts and inbound enquiries managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure, for academic software licensing. This role requires the candidate to invest most of its time on the phone with potential and existing customers. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Main Job Functions:

• Dealing with inbound and outbound call activity
• Actively engage with existing customers on a regular basis
• Use CRM system to manage sales process and ensure data integrity
• Deliver customer feedback to the marketing, development and support teams
• Drive revenue and maximise customer satisfaction
• Develop an understanding of the market, products and systems

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential
• Proactive, can-do attitude and team player
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Deal with customers by telephone in a proficient manner

Remuneration is salary and commission based

 

Inside Sales Representative

The ISR’s main involvement will be in the area of account management and sales. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure, for academic software licensing and solution sales. The ISR will invest most of its time on the phone with potential and existing customers, occasionally traveling across Ireland to meet them.

This role will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Main Job Functions:

• Generate qualified leads and new sales opportunities as a result of outbound call activity and open days
• Manage entire sales cycle, including delivery of online/offline demos to customers
• Maximise sales opportunities by actively upselling/cross-selling to increase deal value
• Use CRM system to manage sales process and ensure data integrity
• Organise open days and present solution to potential customers
• Use social media channels to identify prospects
• Regularly produce reports and provide accurate forecasts to the Head of Sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Engage with other areas of the business to drive revenue and maximise customer satisfaction
• Develop an understanding of the market, products and systems
• Other Ad-Hoc work as required

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential and conversational level Irish a plus
• Proactive, can-do attitude and team player
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Can deal with customers face to face and by telephone in a proficient manner
• Driver’s license
• Knowledge of the Irish education sector
• Knowledge of the British education sector is a distinctive advantage

Remuneration is salary and commission based.
